On the October 21st,2017, DVTC has celebrated the 3rd Union Congress for term of 2017-2022 successfully.
Being one of the honor guests attending the congress, there are Mr. Hoang Huu Nghi, Vice Chairman, and other representatives of Labor Union of Danang City. Being DVTC’s representatives, there are Mr. Le Duc Trung, Party cell secrectary cum. Principal, Mr. Quang, party cell deputy secretary cum. Deputy principal along with other member of the Youth Union of Danang Vocational Tourism College.
At the congress, Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia, Deputy chairman of Labor Union, has a speech of Labor Union’s activities, term of 2012-2017 and present vison, mission of term of 2017-2022; Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Chairman of Labor Union performs review report of Labor Union Executive Committee of 2nd period, term of 2012-2017. In the congress, Union Executive Committee has confirmed that under control and direction of the Cell and Labor Association, DVTC’s Labor Union excellently completed Union Congress Resolution in term of 2012-2017, which make a major success on school managing activities etc. Besides, Union Executive Committee admitted existing limitation to offer solution for new period of term of 2017-2022.

The issues related to general report of term of 2012-2017 and mission for new term of 2017-2022 are discussed in the congress, with details is about labor policies, legal living protecting policies for all officials ect.

Discussion in the progress

Mr. Le Duc Trung, the Cell Secretary cum. Principal has appreciate high achievement of DVTC’s Labor Union in last time period. To highlight mission on operating activities, Mr. Trung confirm vision for new period that new Union Executive Committee need to set up new detail campaign, acting program, improve and develop legal living protecting policies for the employees, educational activities for members, know thoroughly Communist Party’s and policies and policies following to Vietnamese Law. Next, roles and responsibilities of Labor Union on creating the school symbol and brand should be focused on. Organizing and participating activities of culture, art and sports managed by DVTC should be developed to create solidarity among school’s community. The other point is to encourage all members to participate in charity activities.

Mr. Hoang Huu Nghi, Vice chairman of Labor Association of Danang City,  has appreciated and encourage high achievements of DVTC’s Labor Union in previous period. He also ask new Labor Union Executive Committee to concentrate on sustainable Labor Union operation chart, which is connection between Labor Union to the members and the employees. Next mentioned point is to change mindset and to raise the sense of initiative, especially in skill enhancing activities for the employees, hold extensive, practical and effective patriotic emulation movement, which is reason why make Resolution of Labor Union Congress of Danang Vocational Tourism College in term of 2017-2022 successful; try to develop female activities in fields of culture, art, sports, performance ect.

With the democracy spirit, all members agree and appoint 07 excellent members to become DVTC’s Labor Union Executives in term of 2017-2022 according to the results of incidental voting voucher. This is the face of right and expectation of all staffs, lecturer in the school and is person in charge establishing acting plan to make DVTC’s Labor Union more and more develop.
