Cuisine 
Food Hygiene and safety
Kitchen’s English
Asian food processing technique
Vegetable decorating and pruning techniques
End of course practice

TRAINING TIME
Training time: 4 months (450 periods)
Study time: 3 times per week (from 18:00 to 21:00)
CERTIFICATE
Primary Vocational certificate is valid nationwide
