Introduction of Department of Assessment and Education Quality Assurance

Functions and duties of Department of Assessment and Education Quality Assurance:
a. Offer Rector documents of Assessment prescribed by Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;
b. Chair and coordinate with other departments to organize examinations as school training plan.
c. Organize to compile, manage and use questions bank for all college training programs.
d. Supervise the progress of copying, packing, marking as prescribed;
đ. Manage and store documents related students’ learning result; transfer the results to involved departments.
e. Collect, analyze and assess training quality based on students’ result; apply scientific and technological advances to improve and enhance the quality of exam questions and test organization;
e. Offer Rector documents of training-quality-guarantee instruction as directions of Ministry and Directorate of vocational education and training;
g. Build procedures and diagrams about quality assessment base on criteria for departments.
h. Carry out self-evaluation and self-checking activities. Guide for other departments and synthesize the results.
i. Research, review and implement training quality assessment in the college; Carry out self-evaluation and self-checking activities. Guide for other departments and synthesize the results.
k. Be the main role and coordinate with industry to assess job skills of lecturers and students
l. Check and inspect training progress as regulations of Ministry of Labour, Invalids and social Affairs and the college.
m. Offer Rector solutions and plans of inspecting, checking in order to improve training quality.
n. Receive documents related to inspection, evaluation, investigation, supervision of the school; report and offer solutions in time.
o. Manage and use facilities and equipment effectively;
p. Carry out other tasks assigned by Rector.
