This book is aimed to equip students with basic terminologies related to cuisines and cooking recipes thereby helping them enhance their English in Food Preparation.The book also introduces some practical situation in accordance with the appropriate language and skills during service process.

This book is aimed to equip students with basic terms related to cuisines and cooking recipes,thus helping them enhance their English in Food Preparation. The book also introduces some practical situation in accordance with the appropriate language and skills during service process.
 
In addition, the book provide the students images, vocabulary with different cuisine all over the world with the aim at  helping students acknowledge cuisine cultures in the world and well-known courses .
 
The book includes 12 lessons, which are
Lesson 1:Introduction of kitchen appliance
Lesson 2: Essential ingredients
Lesson 3: Spice
Lesson 4: Ingredient preparation method
Lesson 5: Cooking method
Lesson 6: Course description
Lesson 7: Reference
 
Each lesson in this book includes vocabulary and reading text, which helps students practise their reading skills and improve food specialised knowledge.
