English for Hospitality Management (English for Hotel Management) is one of the textbooks written in the project "Strengthening human resources for Tourism and Hospitality in Vietnam" which is non-refundable sponsored by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism evaluates and accepts this textbook. This one is edited by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thuy, then becomes an extremely useful tool for students of Hospitality Management in the aim of training specialized English skills to enhance working opportunities at international and high-class hotels and resorts.

This book is designed for elementary and pre-intermediate students, including 3 parts. Part A focuses on English in the hotel segment including the Front Office and the Housekeeping Department. Part B introduces English knowledge for students who need to communicate with customers who experience restaurant services. Beginning Business English for businessmen for Business English major students will also be covered in Part C of the above curriculum.
40 units of lessons (Units) guide students to fully practice listening, speaking, reading and writing skills with the following contents (contents):

In addition, each word has a specific type definition and definition in English, and the book leaves space for learners to write their own Vietnamese meanings.
