The Office of the Honorary Consul of Spain in Da Nang recently visited Da Nang Vocational Tourism College.
I greatly appreciated the vision and professional commitment of Rector Nguyễn Duy Quang, whose leadership has helped strengthen practical, employment-oriented and internationally connected tourism education.
We discovered a dynamic institution where practical training, hospitality, gastronomy and employability come together.
This mission is especially relevant in the new Da Nang, now integrated with Quang Nam and established as one of Vietnam’s leading tourism regions.
With more than 2,300 accommodation establishments and over 700 travel companies, tourism is not only an industry here—it is a defining part of the territory’s future.
Spain, one of the world’s great tourism leaders, can contribute valuable experience in hospitality management, culinary education, sustainable tourism and international training.
Tourism creates employment, connects cultures and gives local talent the opportunity to build a future.
The strongest destinations are not created by buildings alone.
They are created by well-trained, proud and deeply human professionals.
We look forward to exploring meaningful educational bridges between Spain and Vietnam.
